James P. Romano, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. James P. started their career as a Software Engineer at Otis Elevator Company, Inc. in 1986, and later worked as a Financial Analyst at Travelers from 1990 to 1994. James P. then transitioned into the investment industry, working as an Investment Analyst at John Hancock Mutual Funds from 1994 to 1996, before joining Conning in 1997. At Conning, they held the positions of Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Solutions for over two decades until 2018. After leaving Conning, they joined Fiduciary Investment Advisors, LLC as the Executive Vice President in 2018, and subsequently became the Corporate Risk Officer at MEMIC in 2019. James P. Romano, CFA has demonstrated expertise in risk management and investment analysis throughout their career.
