Savana Melanson Buxton

Savana Melanson Buxton is a dedicated mental health professional with diverse experience in counseling and case management. Currently serving as a Community Connections Court Liaison, Intake Clinician, and Clinical Case Manager at the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester since August 2021, Savana also holds a position as a Therapist at REENTRY RESOURCES COUNSELING LLC since December 2023. Previous roles include Substance Abuse Counselor at New Season and Case Manager/Program Monitor at community resources. An internship at Sununu Youth Services Center provided foundational experience. Savana holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University and a Certificate in Advanced Graduate Studies in Substance Use Disorders from the University of New Hampshire, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.
