Christine Lam has over 25 years of experience in various marketing and leadership roles in the consumer goods industry. Their most recent position is the Marketing Director - Drugs for The Mentholatum Company in China, where they have been since 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Engagement - Key Account at New Media Group HK from 2018 to 2019. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as the Associate Director - Innovation at Hawley & Hazel, focusing on the Asia region. Before that, they held director-level positions at Unilever and Colgate-Palmolive, leading brand development and innovation teams in North Asia and Greater Asia respectively. Christine also has experience in senior management roles at The Walt Disney Company, Danone, The Coca-Cola Company, Mars, and Nestlé, where they gained extensive marketing and account management expertise.
