Adrian McFadden

Adrian McFadden is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in food and beverage management. Currently serving as a Restaurant Supervisor at The Merrion Hotel in Dublin since June 2021, Adrian previously held several roles at The Doyle Collection, including Graduate Manager at the Westbury Hotel, where responsibilities encompassed supervising the Sidecar Bar and assisting in meetings and events management.
