Jay Ferriola

Jay Ferriola is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at The Metro Group Inc. since January 2020, Jay previously held significant roles at FreshDirect as Director of Operations / Delivery Service and Assistant Director of Operations / Delivery Service from January 2013 to January 2020. Prior to that, Jay managed production operations at Image FIRST as Plant Manager in 2012 and oversaw sales and profits as Branch Manager at Cintas Corporation from December 2003 to July 2011. Additional experiences include roles as Service Manager at Cintas Corporation, Account Executive at Sunline Express Systems, Field Services Manager at Airborne Express, and Captain in the U.S. Army, where Jay earned three Army Commendation Medals for exemplary performance. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Virginia Military Institute, completed in 1995.
