Charles Modlin, M.D., MBA, is a renowned urologic and kidney transplant surgeon and author. Charles began their career in 1993 at the Cleveland Clinic, where they served as a Kidney Transplant Surgeon & Urologist and Minority Health Leader. In 2021, they founded The Dr. Modlin, MD Health & Wellness Group, where they worked as the Founder/CEO, Kidney Transplant Surgeon, Urologist, and Author. In the same year, they also joined The MetroHealth System in Cleveland, OH, as the Vice President & Chief Health Equity Officer while continuing their work as a Urologic and Kidney Transplant Surgeon. Charles Modlin, M.D., MBA, BOOK AUTHOR, received their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Premedical studies from Northwestern University. Charles went on to earn their Medical Degree from Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine. Following this, they pursued Urological Surgery at New York University. Dr. Modlin later obtained a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online in 2022. Additionally, they received a Certificate in Executive Presence and Influence from Wharton Executive Education. Dr. Modlin also holds a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Emeritus.
