Dave Fiser has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry, primarily in information technology roles. Dave has held positions at various healthcare organizations in Ohio, including The MetroHealth System, Cleveland Clinic Akron General, and Akron General Health System.

At The MetroHealth System, Dave Fiser currently serves as the Senior Vice President/Chief Information Officer since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President/Chief Information Officer from July 2018 to April 2023.

Before joining The MetroHealth System, Dave Fiser spent a significant portion of their career at Cleveland Clinic Akron General, where they held the position of VP/CIO from December 2009 to June 2018.
