Kim Green, MSN, RN, C-EFM has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kim started their career as a Clinical Nurse in pediatrics at University Hospitals in 1988 and then worked as a Permanent Charge Nurse in Labor and Delivery from 1995 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Cleveland Clinic as an Assistant Nurse Manager in Labor and Delivery before moving to University Hospitals in 2009 as a Nurse Manager in the same department. Kim then served as the Director of Nursing for Women and Children and Inpatient Rehabilitation at The MetroHealth System from 2015 to 2023. In 2018, they also took on the role of East Ohio Conference Lay Leader at The United Methodist Church.
Kim Green obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The Ohio State University from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree, specializing in Nursing Administration--leadership/management, at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Kim Green has a certification in Electronic Fetal monitoring from NCC, which was obtained in 2014.
