Laura Schmidt

Laura Schmidt possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Director of Nursing for Emergency Services and Metro Life Flight at The MetroHealth System since January 2013. Prior roles within the same institution include Interim Director and Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department, as well as Assistant Nurse Manager. Prior to this, Laura worked as a Staff Registered Nurse in the CVSICU at The Cleveland Clinic from May 2011 to December 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Executive Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walsh University.
