Zubair Ahmad

Zubair Ahmad has a diverse work experience beginning in 2011 as a Student Helpdesk Technician at The University of Akron. From there, they worked as a Product Support Analyst at Oracle, providing support for numerous clients. Zubair then joined Windstream as a Dispatch Specialist and later moved on to FirstEnergy as a Systems & Network Operations Center Specialist. After that, they took on the role of an Enterprise Operations Analyst at R+L Carriers, monitoring network elements and troubleshooting issues. Zubair then worked as a Network Engineer at Rockwell Automation, designing and deploying network infrastructure. Currently, they are serving as a Network Operations Center Team Lead at The MetroHealth System, where they monitor and provides support for Information Systems issues.
