Aaron Helle

Aaron Helle has over 18 years of experience in human resources. Aaron is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Meyers since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Premier Marine from September 2021 to April 2023. Aaron also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Meyers from December 2016 to September 2021. Before joining Meyers, Aaron worked at The Schwan Food Company as a Senior Human Resources Generalist from April 2011 to November 2016. Aaron began their career at Cabela's as a Human Resources Representative in February 2007 and later became an Assistant Sales Manager from August 2005 to February 2007.

Aaron Helle attended the University of Minnesota Duluth from 2000 to 2005. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Organizational Management.
