Staff Photographer at The Miami Hurricane

Reese Putnam has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2019 as a full-time babysitter for a family with four children. During this time, Reese took care of the children's daily needs, including meals and transportation, while also helping with their schoolwork.

In 2020, Reese worked as a freelance photographer under the name "Reese's Reels". This involved taking on various photography projects.

In 2021, Reese worked as an Administrative Assistant at All Point Adjustments. This role involved providing administrative support and assistance.

Starting in 2022, Reese held multiple roles concurrently. At the University of Miami Information Technology department, Reese worked as a Computer Lab Student Shift Supervisor and a Computer Lab User Assistant. These roles involved supervising the computer lab, assisting users, and ensuring smooth operations.

Reese also gained photography experience in 2022 by working as a Staff Photographer for the Ibis Yearbook, a Contributing Photographer for The Miami Hurricane, and as a Social Media Staff and Staff Photographer for Distraction Magazine. These roles included capturing photographs for various publications and creating interactive content for social media platforms.

Finally, in 2023, Reese started working as part of the Creative Committee - Marketing at Category 5, the Spirit Programming Board for the University of Miami. This role involved representing the student body and bridging the gap between the Athletic Department and the students. Reese helped spread school spirit through organizing events, watch parties, giveaways, and away trips.

Reese Putnam began their education at Monmouth-Roseville High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma from 2017 to 2021. They then attended Carl Sandburg College from 2019 to 2021, earning a Dual Enrollment degree in General Studies. Currently, from 2022 to 2025, Reese is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a field of study in Legal Studies at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. In addition, they are also pursuing minors in Communications at the University of Miami School of Communication and in Political Science at the University of Miami College of Arts & Sciences from 2022 to 2025.
