Jim Lapenna

Jim LaPenna has had a diverse range of work experience. Jim is currently working at The Michaels Organization as the Director of Operations - Construction since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Project Manager from June 2020 to February 2022. Before their time at The Michaels Organization, Jim worked as a Project Manager at Bozzuto from September 2017 to June 2020. Jim also gained experience as an Assistant Project Manager at The Norwood Company from June 2015 to August 2017. Jim has a background in coaching as well, having served as an Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach at both Washington & Jefferson College from August 2014 to June 2015 and Cecil College from August 2013 to May 2014. During their time at Riparius Construction, Inc., Jim worked as a Project Engineer from July 2013 to August 2014.

Jim LaPenna earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing and Sport Management from Wheeling Jesuit University in the years 2009 to 2013. Jim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 2018 and 2020.
