Kristy C has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kristy is currently working as the Director of Talent Acquisition at The Michaels Organization, where they are responsible for full-service capabilities in development, property management, construction, and finance. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Miramar Global Executive Search, where they served clients in the TMT, energy, industrial, and life sciences sectors. Kristy also worked as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at American Water, where they advised hiring managers and developed recruitment strategies. Additionally, Kristy has experience as a Manager of Recruitment and Diversity at South Jersey Industries and as an HR Talent Manager at Cardone Industries, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting and talent management.

Kristy C attended Lynn University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Fashion Marketing. Kristy has also pursued additional certifications in various areas such as being a Certified Diversity Recruiter through AIRS, an ADP Company, a Certified Military Veteran Recruiter also through AIRS, an ADP Company, a PHR certification through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, and is a Targeted Selection Interviewer certified by DDI | Development Dimensions International.
