M.eng. Jim Loughery

Jim Loughery, M.Eng. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jim is currently serving as the National Vice President of Facilities at The Michaels Organization, where they oversee finances, development, construction, and management of affordable housing projects. Prior to this, Jim was the President of Pillar To Post Commercial, specializing in Property Condition Assessments, and managing franchise partners. Jim also worked as an Engineering Manager at ABM Industries and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, where they managed maintenance departments and facilities.

Jim Loughery, M.Eng. holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Drexel University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Spring Garden College.
