Suzanne Mauro

As chief human resources officer, Suzanne is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational design, and performance management, training and development, and compensation.

Suzanne earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management from American University and performed her undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Western New England College.
