Doug Fox

Director, Strategic Partnerships at The Mighty

Doug Fox is currently the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Mighty. Prior to this, they worked at Havas Life Metro from July 2003 to August 2018 as the VP, Group Account Supervisor. During their time there, they were responsible for managing all internal agency teams and external vendors to ensure delivery of multiple digital, print, and planning projects on time, on budget, and on strategy. Doug also led Client strategic and planning discussions, drove the process toward actionable output, and developed, presented, sold in, and implemented all brand strategies and associated programs. In addition, Doug managed the Agency's financials, including attainment of unprecedented percent to goal performance in multiple years: 160% of goal in 2013, and 120%+ in 2014-2016. Some of their other accomplishments include overseeing the development of a national high blood pressure initiative targeting healthcare providers and at risk populations, leading the Agency team in a Client Digital Accelerator pitch, and managing the development, research, and launch of three interactive sales aids.

Doug earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Doug also has certification from Havas in 100% Programmatic and from Google in Adwords Certification.

They are on a team with Sara Ray - VP, Community Insights, Lewis Dvorkin - COO, and Ben Berkley - Editorial Director. Doug Fox reports to Mike Porath, CEO. A direct report to Doug Fox is and Brittany McDermott - Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships.
