Brittnie Shepherd, PhD, is a Senior Consultant at The Miles Group, with a focus on creating organizational value through collaboration with CEOs, leadership teams, and boards of major global corporations. Previously, Brittnie served as a Senior Leadership Specialist at Russell Reynolds Associates and held roles as an Instructor and Teaching Associate at Portland State University, as well as a Global Talent Management Analyst at PepsiCo. Education includes a PhD in Applied Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master's Degree from Portland State University, alongside certifications in Integrative Health Coaching and yoga.
