Shay Newcomer

Shay Newcomer is an accomplished asset management professional with extensive experience in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at The Milestone Group since October 2016, Shay leads asset management activities and oversees the execution of business plans and capital improvement strategies. Previously, Shay worked as an Acquisitions Associate, managing multifamily asset acquisitions. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate role at Trimont Real Estate Advisors, where responsibilities encompassed financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management for substantial investments. Shay's career began at PNC as an ACCEL Associate, providing analytical and sales support to small business clients. Educationally, Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Elon University.
