Chris Nichols

Chris Nichols has extensive experience in health administration and clinical informatics, serving key roles in both the Defense Health Agency and the US Army. From February 2016 to November 2016, Chris was the Program Manager and Chief of the Enterprise Intelligence & Data Solutions Program Management Office, as well as Deputy Program Manager and COO for the EHR Modernization PMO at the Defense Health Agency. Prior to this, Chris held various positions at the US Army from January 2007 to February 2016, including Chief of Clinical Systems Integration and Chief of Clinical Informatics within the Army Medical Department. Additionally, Chris worked as a Senior Clinical Informaticist at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital and TIAG, supporting the Army Medical Department on contract. Chris holds a Master's degree in Health Administration, specializing in Health Care Administration and Management, and Clinical Informatics from the University of Washington, completed between January 2005 and January 2007.
