James Dempsey

James Dempsey is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in medical logistics within the military sector. Currently serving as the Regional Logistics Manager at the Defense Health Agency since February 2020, Dempsey has held various logistics and supply chain positions across multiple organizations, including the US Army Medical Department and the United States Army Public Health Command. Notably, as the Head of Logistics for the Public Health Command Europe, Dempsey was responsible for logistics activities in multiple European countries. With a career spanning over four decades, beginning as a Senior Medical Supply NCO in the US Army, Dempsey has developed expertise in logistics systems analysis, supply management, and the implementation of advanced logistics technologies for military operations.
