Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at The Milk Bank since December 2019, Freedom Kolb significantly improved service delivery and revenue while advocating for key healthcare initiatives during challenging times. A capacity builder and consultant since 2005, Freedom Kolb has worked with numerous organizations, enhancing their operational effectiveness. Previous roles include Special Projects Officer and Executive Director at Hamilton Southeastern Schools, where Freedom Kolb fostered student achievement and educational innovations. Additional leadership positions at United Way of Central Indiana and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Arizona highlight a commitment to community service and organizational excellence. Freedom Kolb holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Science in English.
