Margaret Simpson, MHA, CPC, has extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry and tribal organizations. Margaret began their career in 2011 as an Executive Assistant at Coquille Tribe, where they worked until 2015. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in administrative support.

In 2015, Margaret transitioned to The Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park, where they took on the role of Executive Administrative Assistant. Margaret excelled in this position for five years before being promoted to Assistant General Manager in May 2020. Continuously demonstrating their leadership skills and commitment to the organization, Margaret was recently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in January 2022.
