Aaron Catlett

Aaron Catlett has significant experience in sales and operations, currently serving as Division Manager at Millcraft since December 2018. In this role, Catlett is responsible for driving performance in store sales, operational strategies, revenue generation, and talent leadership within an industry leader in paper and packaging solutions. Prior to joining Millcraft, Catlett held various leadership positions at Signet from February 2001 to June 2018, including Regional Vice President of the Jared Division, where growth was achieved across stores in 15 states through effective sales strategy implementation and management training. Earlier in the career at Signet, Catlett served as District Sales Manager and General Manager, overseeing various aspects of retail operations and sales growth. Catlett holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
