Matt Freed

Matthew Freed has extensive experience in sales and operations management within the wholesale distribution and service industries. At Millcraft since June 2017, Matthew has held several leadership positions, including Director of Stores, Sales & Operations, Division Manager, and Director of Packaging, contributing to a fourth-generation family company that specializes in various packaging and shipping materials. Prior to Millcraft, Matthew served as Branch Sales Manager and Branch Manager at Cummins Allison from September 2010 to May 2017, where responsibilities included driving branch growth and overseeing operational performance across a 27-county territory. Earlier in their career, Matthew was the Operations Coordinator at AccuShred from September 2008 to September 2010, working with a well-respected family-owned recycling firm. Matthew holds a degree from The University of Toledo.
