Diane Wolak

Diane Wolak is an experienced Affordable Housing Property Manager currently with The Millennia Companies®, having held this position since June 2022. Prior to this role, Diane served as a Property Manager at Premier Housing Management from June 2017 to June 2022, where the title changed but the responsibilities remained the same. Diane's earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager for three tax credit properties in the Davenport area and a Section 8 Supervisor at Peoria Housing Authority, overseeing the HCV Department and managing landlord subsidy payments. Diane also worked as a Special Projects Coordinator at the Housing Authority of Cook County from March 2005 to July 2013. Diane's educational background includes studies at The College of Office Technology and Moraine Valley Community College, along with a diploma from Curie High School.
