As Director of Purchasing and Procurement for The Millennia Companies®, Domenic Vitanza performs a variety of duties to ensure the company obtains the goods and services it needs to support the ownership and management of more than 275 multifamily apartment developments in 26 states. Vitanza oversees the procedures related to procuring resources and supplies, directing operations from planning to execution while adhering to standards and company policies. He performs research and assessments to understand project needs in terms of price, quality, and delivery time. Vitanza negotiates deals and builds positive business relationships to support many teams across the dynamic group of companies. Throughout his tenure at The Millennia Companies®, Vitanza has achieved and maintained high-performance standards, being named Employee of the Year in 2019 for Millennia Housing Management, Ltd. In addition, he is a member of the following professional associations: Notary Public, the Northern Ohio Apartment Association, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Who’s Who in Steel Erectors of America and Purchasing Management Association, Builders Exchange and Safety Quality Control.
Vitanza earned a dual degree in business and communications from Baldwin Wallace University.
