Lance Higgins, CPIM, CLSS, has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Lance is currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at The Miner Corporation since September 2022. Prior to this, Lance worked as the Director of Operations at Marsden Building Maintenance from May 2020 to October 2022. Lance also held the position of Regional Operations Manager at First Supply LLC from September 2017 to June 2020. Lance's experience includes being the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Themed Concepts from January 2017 to June 2020. Lance worked in the field of supply chain management as well, serving in the role of Supply Chain Management at Bernicks from September 2013 to December 2016. Lance's background also includes a role as a Manufacturing Operations Manager at Ruan Transportation Management Systems, where they successfully managed daily business operations supporting distribution and manufacturing operations. Prior to that, they served as a Logistics Specialist in the US Army from June 1989 to June 1995.

Lance Higgins, CPIM, CLSS has a diverse education history. Lance attended the Minnesota School of Business, where they studied Software Engineering. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland - Overseas. Lance then went on to earn a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas.

In addition to their formal education, Lance has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Lance is a Certified Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Certified Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), and Certified Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), all from the IICRC. Lance also holds certifications in High Performing Leadership from Bernick's and the Emerging Leadership Program from Ruan Transportation Management Systems. Lance has a Motor Carrier Safety Management Compliance Master Certificate from the U.S. Department of Transportation and is an Independent Adjuster in Multi Line, certified by the Department of Commerce Minnesota. Lance has also completed training in the IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) Code and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from the Six Sigma Academy.
