Melissa Miller

Melissa Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Melissa is currently the Co-founder & COO of The Mintable, a community-based learning and growth platform for managers. Prior to this, Melissa worked at Gusto, where they held positions such as VP of Benefit Operations, Head of Customer Onboarding, and Health Benefits Operations Lead. Before joining Gusto, they worked at Prialto as the Director of Operations and Service Development, Engagement Manager, and Country Manager. Melissa also served in the United States Peace Corps from 2010 to 2012.

Melissa Miller holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, with a focus on Finance and Political Science. Melissa has additional certifications including the Manager Progression Accelerator from The Mintable, the 2022 Impact Awards Finalist from SBE Australia, the Manager Foundation Accelerator from The Mintable, and the TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion from The Leadership Consortium (TLC).
