Trisha Duffy

Trisha Duffy's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Recruiter for Ruby Peak Recruiting. In 2014, they transitioned to Zenefits as an Implementation Manager. From 2015 to 2016, Trisha worked at Gusto in various roles, including Carrier Operations and L&D Business Partner. In 2018, they became a Learning Manager at Gusto, supporting customer experience teams. Trisha joined Pivotal Software, Inc. in 2019 as a Learning & Development, Staff Program Manager. In 2020, they moved to Varian Medical Systems as the Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Leader. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in History from UC Santa Barbara between 2006 and 2010.
