Nathaniel Fleckenstein

Nathaniel Fleckenstein is the Director of People Operations at The Mission Continues. Prior to joining The Mission Continues, Nathaniel served as the National Manager of Talent at Teach Plus from March 2014 to July 2019. Nathaniel also worked as a Strategy and Operations Associate for Mayor's Office of Education Innovation at the City of Indianapolis from September 2012 to March 2014. In addition, Nathaniel was a PALI Fellow at the Indianapolis Mayor's Office of Education Innovation from June 2012 to August 2012. Nathaniel began their career as a Middle School Teacher at MSD Lawrence Township from August 2010 to September 2012. Nathaniel then went on to teach as a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2010 to June 2012.

Nathaniel Fleckenstein has a Master's degree from Marian University Indianapolis and a Bachelor's from Northern Kentucky University. Nathaniel is certified by SHRM in Veterans at Work Certificate and SHRM-CP. Nathaniel has also completed Coursera Course Certificates in Preparing to Manage Human Resources.
