Elizabeth Reed has a diverse work history spanning multiple companies and roles. Elizabeth began their career at The Missouri Department of Mental Health as a Personnel Analyst II, providing HR support and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Reed then moved on to the Missouri Department of Transportation, where they held the positions of Sr. Human Resources/Diversity and Inclusion Specialist and Equal Opportunity and Diversity Manager. In these roles, they supervised, coordinated, and led teams, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Elizabeth also implemented employee engagement programs to promote a diverse workforce. Currently, Reed is the Diversity and Inclusion Director at The Missouri Bar, where they continue to contribute their expertise in promoting diversity and inclusion.
Elizabeth Reed attended Cameron High School until 1996. Elizabeth then went on to study at Missouri Western State University from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources. In July 2021, they received a certification in Preventing Harassment in the Workplace from LinkedIn.
