Elizabeth Reed has a diverse work history spanning multiple companies and roles. Elizabeth began their career at The Missouri Department of Mental Health as a Personnel Analyst II, providing HR support and ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Reed then moved on to the Missouri Department of Transportation, where they held the positions of Sr. Human Resources/Diversity and Inclusion Specialist and Equal Opportunity and Diversity Manager. In these roles, they supervised, coordinated, and led teams, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Elizabeth also implemented employee engagement programs to promote a diverse workforce.
