Andrew Limke

Andrew Limke currently serves as Vice President of Construction at Model Group since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Lithko Contracting as Area Lead and Manager of Operations from January 2023 to May 2025, and as Senior Director and Director of Construction and Facilities at Tire Discounters, Inc. from June 2021 to January 2023, overseeing new build construction programs and facilities management. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Turner Construction Company spanned from June 2006 to June 2021, where Andrew held various positions including Senior Project Superintendent and Project Manager, contributing to high-profile projects such as the Saint Elizabeth Cancer Care Center and the UK Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. Andrew Limke holds a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management and an Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
