Tracie Ash

Tracie Ash has over 7 years of experience in human resources, with expertise in employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, policy implementation, coaching and counseling, and creating high-performance cultures. Tracie is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Model Group, starting in August 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Employee Relations Partner and later as a Human Resources Business Partner at Perfetti Van Melle from February 2021 to August 2023. Before joining Perfetti Van Melle, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at JTM Food Group from December 2018 to February 2021, where they managed HR functions for a large-scale food manufacturer. Tracie's earliest role was as the Director of Internal Operations at LADD Inc. from January 2016 to December 2018, where they directed a team responsible for various HR functions including employee relations, staffing, recruitment, benefits, HRIS, and regulatory compliance.

Tracie Ash, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Xavier University. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Herrmann® Digital Certified Practitioner from Herrmann in March 2023, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in July 2021, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in June 2021, Rewarding Employee Performance from LinkedIn in June 2021, and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2017.
