Vivien Dagnall (Assoc CIPD)

Vivien Dagnall (Assoc CIPD) currently serves as a People & Culture Partner and HR Manager at Modern Milkman since April 2021. Previously, Vivien held the position of Human Resources Officer at Marriott International from February 2018 to February 2020, and worked as a Business Development Manager at Huda Beauty from January 2014 to September 2016. Vivien's career began as a Business Development Executive at Red Bull from January 2013 to January 2014, and included a role as Assistant Manager at Stonegate Group from September 2008 to April 2012, where a Personal License Holder certification was awarded in July 2009. Educationally, Vivien obtained an MSc in Human Resource Management & CIPD Level 7 from The Manchester Metropolitan University (September 2019 - December 2020), complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the same institution (2015 - 2018) and a BTEC National Diploma in Visual and Performing Arts from Kidderminster College (2005 - 2007). Early education was completed at Bridgnorth Endowed School (2000 - 2005).
