Bill Ketcham is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Nevada Broker of Record for The Mogharebi Group since October 2022. Previously, Bill held the position of Real Estate Broker Associate at Keller Williams Realty, Inc., where notable achievements included the construction of a ground-up duplex in Torrance, CA. Bill's extensive experience also includes serving as Managing Broker at Ketcham Realty Partners Inc., Senior Asset Manager for 3D Investments, LLC, and Regional Asset Manager at First Industrial Realty Trust. Early career roles included Chief Financial Officer at Pacifica Capital Group and Regional Controller at KBS Realty Advisors. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
