Julie Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Julie currently serves as a Senior Technical Talent Manager at The Mom Project, a career destination for moms. In this role, Julie connects accomplished women with leading companies, redefining career structures, and providing balanced opportunities.

Prior to their current position, Julie worked at 180 Engineering from 2016 to 2021. During their tenure, they held various roles, including POD Leader and Senior Search Consultant. Julie'sresponsibilities included sourcing and placing engineers, project managers, and quality professionals, building trusted client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters.

Before joining 180 Engineering, Julie worked as a Senior Loan Sales Consultant at Midwest Community Bank from 2010 to 2014. Julie generated new clients through referrals, cold calling, and networking, and successfully closed $27 million in mortgage fundings.
