Courtney Archer

Courtney Archer is a seasoned professional in technical talent sourcing, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Uber since September 2020, where leadership in sourcing for engineering and technical security in North America has been a primary focus. Previously, Courtney held roles at JUUL Labs as Senior Manager of Global Talent Sourcing, overseeing the entire sourcing function and developing a team of Sourcers.
