Harley Plastina is a seasoned professional in brand management with a strong background in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Senior Brand Officer at The Moment Group of Restaurants since June 2018. Responsibilities include overseeing brand management for various restaurant concepts, including Din Tai Fung and Manam Express x 7-Eleven, as well as leading project initiatives for store openings. Prior experience includes roles in brand development and as a brand management intern, with an educational foundation in Marketing from De La Salle University.
