Melinda Johnson

Melinda Johnson is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in developing B2B and B2C strategies for consumer packaged goods. Currently serving as a Marketing leader at The Monster Group since February 2022, Melinda drives brand messaging and business objectives while mentoring a high-performing team. Prior to this role, Melinda held various positions at Fintech, where responsibilities included managing marketing content, enhancing client retention, and leading campaign efforts from 2018 to 2022. Melinda also contributed to marketing efforts at Percepta LLC and Ford Motor Company, providing legal analysis and marketing consultancy. Melinda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, obtained in 2012.
