Sebastian Ponulak

Sebastian Ponulak has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Sebastian is currently working as the Head of Procurement at The Montcalm Luxury Hotels since April 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Purchasing and Systems at SIMPLE Health Kitchen from August 2021 to March 2022. Sebastian also worked at The Lanesborough Hotel for over a decade, starting as a Cost Controller / IT Administrator in June 2010 and eventually leaving in August 2021. Before that, they were the Systems and Inventory Manager at Buddha Bar LTD from June 2008 to May 2010. Sebastian'searly career began as a Trainer/Installer at Micros Fidelio UK LTD from September 2007 to June 2008.

Sebastian Ponulak began their education at the Academy of Economics in 1997, where they pursued a Master's Degree in Banking & Insurances. Sebastian completed this degree in 2000. Following this, Sebastian continued their education at the same institution and obtained an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing between 2000 and 2002.
