Michael Darst

Michael Darst has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Michael started their career in 2000 as a Territory Manager at MedSpec, Inc., where they focused on selling the PICC product line in Southern California. Michael was then promoted to Sales Manager, where they increased annual sales from $1 million to $3.5 million in the AZ, CA, and NV regions. Later, they became the Director of Sales, responsible for anesthesia, infection control, neonatal devices, patient monitoring, and vascular access products in AZ, CA, HI, NM, and NV.

In 2017, Michael joined Boston Scientific as a Strategic Therapy Advancement Representative and then as a Senior Therapy Consultant, specializing in interventional cardiology and complex PCI devices. Michael covered the Southern California region, specifically the South Bay and Orange County, and worked with cardiology and cath lab departments.

In 2019, Michael took on the role of Partner at Unified Medical Consultants. Michael stayed there until 2021 when they joined The Morel Company as an Area Sales Manager, achieving remarkable sales results, including securing the company's first million-dollar P.O. and consistently exceeding sales goals.

Currently, Michael Darst holds the position of Regional Sales Director - West at The Morel Company, where they continue to excel in sales management and leadership.
