Adam Wallace

Adam comes to Morgan after 5 years at Cypress Real Estate Advisors, where he most recently served as the local manager of Cypress development activity in Denver market. Over the course of his real estate career, Adam has been a part of the development or asset management of over 4,000 units with a total capitalization of $900MM. In Denver, Adam played a key role in the development activity of over 2,000 units or $500MM of capital and was instrumental in the acquisition of over $70MM of land. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Amherst College and is a local member of the Colorado BUILT organization.
