Evan Schapiro

Evan Schapiro serves as the Regional Development Partner in Morgan’s East Region where he leads a talented team of real estate professionals across the full spectrum of development. From the sourcing and acquisition of new opportunities, through design, permitting, construction, property management and disposition, Evan is focused on delivering quality residential assets into dynamic real estate markets.

Evan joined Morgan in 2022 after more than a decade at Property Markets Group. At PMG, Evan was instrumental in the acquisition and ground-up development of nearly 15 million square feet of real estate, representing over 5,000 Class-A apartments and 3,000 luxury condominium residences across high-growth markets including Miami, Denver, Nashville, and Atlanta.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland and a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Evan now resides in Coral Gables, Florida with his family. In his free time, Evan is an avid musician, golfer, and skier, though his proficiency at each remains in question.
