Heath Willms

Vice President of Constructions, Central & Mountain Region at The Morgan Group

Heath Willms is responsible for the day to day construction operations of all new development projects in the Central Region. Heath joined the Morgan Group at the beginning 2021.

Prior to joining Morgan, Heath was the VP of Construction for OHT Partners for the Austin Market and managed all facets of pre-construction and construction for several years, overseeing the successful completion of more than 10,000 units in the Texas market. Heath started as an Assistant Superintendent over 20 years ago in the industry and has been involved in every aspect of the development of multi-family projects.

Heath graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Economics.
