Nick Laettner

As City Partner in Houston, TX, Nick is responsible for all development activities, including sourcing new investment opportunities, planning and design.

Prior to joining MORGAN in July 2018, Nick served as Vice President in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking Group, which provides a broad range of financial products to experienced commercial real estate developers. During his career, Nick held positions in Owned Real Estate, CMBS origination & underwriting, tax credit, institutional client, portfolio management & defeasance groups.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Lawrence University and is a former member of the Urban Land Institute and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
