Tim focuses his efforts on debt and equity financing, financial underwriting and investor relations.
Tim previously served as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage where he was responsible for financial analysis among a wide range of real estate transactions including permanent debt, bridge and equity financing. Tim began his career at HFF where he served in a variety of roles that included multifamily underwriting under HFF’s Freddie Mac platform.
Tim graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree and is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
