Nicholas Hiersche

Nicholas Hiersche, AMP, serves as the President of The Mortgage Calculator, a technology-driven mortgage lender specializing in conventional and non-QM loan programs, since October 2020. Hiersche is licensed in 22 states and actively seeks to hire MLOs nationally, focusing on streamlining the mortgage application process for borrowers. Additionally, Hiersche is the Founder of Miami Real Estate Agency, a cloud-based real estate firm, and Follow The Lead LLC, which provides lead generation and marketing services for small to medium businesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Mortgage Loan Originator at NEXA Mortgage and First Savings Bank - Miami, as well as managing advertising for a branch of 30 loan officers. Hiersche holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, and Chemistry from the University of Oregon.
