Steve Holland Coe has extensive work experience in the mortgage industry. Starting in 2009, they held various roles at Wells Fargo Home Mtg, including Home Equity Specialist, Loss Mitigation Specialist, and Mortgage Loan Processor. Steve Holland then worked at Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership as a Mortgage Loan Processor III, managing two teams of loan processors. At Homepoint, they served as the VA Loan Processing Manager and Senior Loan Processor/VA Purchase Team Coordinator. Steve Holland also worked at RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing Corporation as a Mortgage Processing Work Director and Tax Escrow Servicing Specialist/Escrow Analyst Agent. For Panorama Mortgage Group, they were a Corporate Senior Loan Processor. Steve Holland Coe earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Utah Valley University. Steve Holland attended Utah Valley University from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained their high school diploma from Forestview High School, where they studied High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a certification in NMLSR from NMLS in January 2014.
