Katie Holden has a diverse work experience. Katie started their career at California State University San Marcos as an HR Assistant, where they were responsible for keying in new hires, managing files, and ensuring employee records were up-to-date. Katie then moved on to work at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. as a Certified Server Trainer, where they were in charge of customer satisfaction and training new employees on company tools and practices. Currently, they are working at The Mortgage Law Firm, where they have progressed from their initial role as a Human Resources Assistant to becoming a Human Resources Generalist, Manager, and now the Director.
